The Company provides its users a platform to play the game of CRICKET PREDITION, a Game of Skill which requires your analytical skills and thorough research, with real money winnings and other related services in relation thereto.This Policy applies to current and former visitors to the Application and to the users of the Application. By visiting and / or using the Application, you agree to this Policy.

The Company strictly adheres to the observations of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on “Game of Skill”, which says that the competitions where success depends on substantial degree of skill are not ‘gambling’ and that if a game is preponderantly a game of skill, despite there being an element of chance, it would nevertheless be a “game of skill”. The Company hereby warrants that it does not support gambling, betting or any other form of cheating.

The Company hereby advises you that if you do not agree to this Safe and Fair Play Policy, including any referenced policies or guidelines or License or Agreement or Gaming Rules, please select “DO NOT ACCEPT” or terminate your use of this Application with immediate effect and the Company shall not grant you the License to the Application or the Company shall suspend / terminate your use of the Application and / or License subject to applicable terms of this Safe and Fair Play Policy and / or “Terms of Service Agreement”, as the case may be.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that this Application is the property of the Company and the Company reserves the right and ownership of the entire Application.

1. User Responsibility and Obligation

• a) That you agree that you shall follow and abide by the provisions of this Policy along with the provisions of “End User License Agreement”, “Terms of Service Agreement”, “Game Rules” as well as the rules and regulations, as amended from time to time, for playing the game on this Platform.
• b) That you agree that you are above the age of 18 years in order to play the game on this platform or that you have obtained the consent of your parents / legal guardian in case you are below the age of 18 years and that your parents / legal guardian have agreed to the provisions of this Policy as well as “Terms of Service Agreement” on your behalf.
• c) That you agree that you would not create your in-game account using unpleasant name or words and which implies vulgarity or racism.
• d) That you agree that you would present your active and valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card, Aadhar Card and / or any other Government approved Identity Card to the Company; for the purpose of creation of your in-game account under the Application and / or for the purpose of claiming winning amount.
• e) That you agree that you would not submit the documents of any other user or the documents of some other person at the time of creation of your in-game account under the Application.
• f) That you agree that you would not engage in any kind of activities which would cause damage to the other user’s in-game account or to the Application.
• g) That you agree that you would not create multiple in-game accounts under the Application and would not funnel funds through multiple in-game accounts.
• h) That you agree that you would not attempt to use any financial instruments of any other user, for the purpose of making payment into your “Deposit Account” under the Application, such as credit cards, debit cards net-banking usernames, passwords, authorization codes, prepaid real money cards, payment wallets, mobile phones or any other mode of payment.
• i) That you agree that you would not indulge in any fraudulent activities or colluding activities which would adversely affect the game results.
• j) That you agree that you would not claim money winnings through illegal means and would not attempt to withdraw deposit amounts from any user’s utilized or unutilized in-game account balance and would not collude with other users in the same pool.
• k) That you agree that you would not impersonate any officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, consultants, suppliers, vendors, information providers, affiliates, assigns, third party associates of the Company and / or any other user of the Application.
• l) That you agree that you would not add unauthorized components, create or use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, external player assistance, “auto”, “trainer”, “script” or macro computer programs or artificial intelligence software or software applications or any third party software designed to modify the Application or use any third party software that intercepts, mines or otherwise from or through the Application or provide any ancillary offering to the Application that are not offered within the Application by default.

2. Consequences of Violation

• a) That the Company reserves the right to terminate your in-game account outrightly and the balance amount in your in-game account or promotional bonus account or winning account, if any, shall be forfeited by the Company.
• b) That the Company reserves the right to undertake legal actions and / or any other appropriate actions against you in case you fail to abide by the terms of this Policy, “Terms of Service Agreement” and / or “End User License Agreement”.

3. Security Standards

• a) That the Company warrants that all your information, as gathered in the Application, is securely stored within the Company-controlled database. The said database is stored on servers behind a firewall and access to such servers is password protected and strictly limited. The Company undertakes appropriate and reasonable technical measures to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
• b) That the Company shall process its security standards repeatedly and regularly and improvise it from time to time.
• c) That the Company has employed advanced tools and monitoring devices to detect collusion and deceitful activities in the Application; which shall remain active during all times.

4. Honesty and Integrity

• a) That the Company expects that the user supports the mission of the Company by maintaining a clean and fair platform and by not engaging in any dishonest, deceitful, fraudulent, or other similar conduct when playing on this Platform.
• b) That the Company expects that the user should report the unethical behavior, colluding activities, fraudulent activities of the other users to the Company outrightly; in order to maintain the gaming spirit under the Application. However, the user should refrain himself from raising false alarm with intention to gain unfair advantage over the other users.
• c) That the Company warrants that the Company shall declare winners of each individual pool on the basis of the maximum winning points, inclusive of the additional points, earned by the participating users in the said pool. The Company further warrants that the Company shall be unbiased in declaration of such winners.
• d) That the Company warrants that the Application is having an option, whereby the user shall have the liberty to download a “file” which would reflect the prediction of the other users, of the Application, in respect of any designated pool under the over. The “file” shall reveal the details (user-name) of the users, who participated in the pool, alongwith their delivery-wise prediction for the said over.
• e) That the Company hereby warrants that the officers, directors, shareholders and employees of the Company are restricted to participate in any of the pools under the Application.
• f) That the Company guarantees transparency throughout its entire process, right from the creation of your in-game account to the claim of winning amount.
• g) That the services of the Company are supported by its dedicated customer support team round the clock. The user may contact the customer support team of the Company in case of any complaint and the Company shall make all the reasonable efforts to resolve the complaint within a reasonable time. However, the Company’s decision on the complaints shall be final and binding upon the user.
